Rehab Resources is seeking a passionate, energetic, and skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team This consistent PRN role (1–2 days/week) is perfect for therapists who want flexible scheduling while still making a significant, meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

You'll enjoy steady after-school hours, the chance to support our team during an upcoming maternity leave, and the opportunity to work with a wide range of pediatric patients in both clinic and community settings. What You'll Do as a Pediatric PT:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of children's physical abilities, mobility, and coordination

  • Develop engaging, individualized treatment plans

  • Support motor development, balance, walking, posture, strength, and endurance

  • Help children achieve important developmental milestones

  • Provide hands-on, evidence-based interventions

  • Collaborate with families, schools, teachers, and interdisciplinary teams

  • Participate in B-3 or school-based team meetings

  • Educate caregivers to support carryover at home and in school

  • Maintain organized and clear documentation of progress and goals

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school with a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin or applicable state to practice as a Physical Therapist.
  • Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, United States
