We are seeking a Practice Director to oversee our patients' needs for our Loris/Little River clinic. The role of the Practice Director is responsible for providing leadership to achieve excellence in clinical outcomes, patient experience, and accordance with best practices and nationally accepted standards of care. The Practice Director will support a culture of compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations. This position works closely and collaboratively with members of leadership to direct the day-to-day operations of the physician office.
This position will be traveling between the Loris and Little River clinic throughout each week. This is a full-time, salary-based8-hr position (8:00AM-5:00PM) (Monday-Friday).

Your Health is currently looking for a Practice Director to join our growing primary care family. A successful Practice Director will be able to perform these essential duties and responsibilities. Areas of Responsibility:
- Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary healthcare team, fostering a collaborative and patient centric environment.
- Oversee the selection, supervision, training, and evaluation of staff in coordination with regional leadership team, training team, and human resources.
- Collaborate with leadership team to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing.

- Oversee the daily operations of the physician's office, ensuring efficient workflows, resource allocation, and optimal patient experience.
- Recruit, train, and mentor healthcare professionals, enabling them to deliver exceptional care and meet patient health goals.
- Handle various HR-related tasks such as scheduling interviews, conducting employee onboarding and training, managing payroll issues, administering performance evaluations, staffing coverage and addressing any personnel-related concerns or conflicts.
- Implement performance evaluation processes to ensure team members meet established standards and achieve desired outcomes.
- Implement strategies to optimize efficiency and workflow within the clinic.
- Foster effective communication between the care teams to facilitate coordinated team-based care.
- Collaborate with care teams to enhance patient engagement strategies, ensuring tailored care plans and goal achievement.
- Interact with patients via email, patient portal, telephone, AthenaText, in-person, etc. to gather necessary information, schedule and confirm appointments, and provide pre-appointment instructions.
- Respond to patient inquiries, resolve scheduling conflicts, and assist in rescheduling appointments when necessary.
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient workflows, resource allocation, and optimal patient experience.
Qualifications
- A Master's Degree in a health-related field or healthcare administration is preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- A minimum of three (3) years' experience in healthcare setting required.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Ability to read and communicate effectively.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to manage and demonstrate effective leadership skills.
- Should demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills under all conditions and circumstances.
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
- Team player with ability to manage multiple responsibilities and demonstrate sound judgment.
- Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between offices, facilities, etc.
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organizational requirements and is in good working order.
