Framing Superintendent

Job Overview
We are Commercial Turn-Key Framing Company seeking a dedicated and experienced Framing Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion of Framing process. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of construction processes, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.

Duties

• Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate with various trades to ensure seamless workflow.
• Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety compliance according to OSHA standards.
• Review blueprints and construction documents to ensure accuracy and feasibility of project plans.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and budget management techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints accurately and make informed decisions based on technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of contract management principles related to construction projects.
