Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to prepare cost estimates for heavy civil construction projects with a focus on underground utilities & structures. The estimator will review project plans, gather pricing, and develop accurate bids to support winning contracts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project plans and specifications
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing
• Work with project managers and engineers to develop bids
• Solicitation of subcontractor and supplier quotes
• Maintain estimating databases and documentation
• Participation in production of draft content for written proposals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• 2-5 years' experience estimating heavy civil construction projects preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
