Server/Cashier

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Server/Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing excellent customer service while efficiently handling transactions. You will work in a dynamic environment, ensuring that customers have a positive dining experience from start to finish.

Duties

• Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system.
• Process cash and credit transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and register operations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Provide assistance to customers with inquiries or concerns, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
• Perform basic retail math to handle transactions and provide change accurately.

Experience

• Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or grocery store is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cash registers and cash handling procedures is essential.
• Experience in sales or customer service roles will be beneficial for this position.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of bussing procedures and maintaining cleanliness standards is a plus.
