Job Summary:

Kayalar Motors is seeking a motivated Front Desk BDC to lead communication and sales coordination efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys speaking with customers, and can help drive our dealership's success through organization and team support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the sales team in outbound sales efforts
• Manage incoming calls, messages, and customer inquiries
• Provide sales coordination and follow-up between clients and the sales team
• Utilize CRM and software tools to track leads, calls, and performance metrics
• Assist with contract preparation, scheduling, and appointment setting
• Conduct and participate in team meetings to communicate goals and updates
• Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the dealership

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or BDC roles (automotive preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Confident public speaking and phone etiquette
• Ability to negotiate, build rapport, and manage client relationships
• Familiarity with CRM systems or lead management tools
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
