Bartender/Server

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Server to join our dynamic team in a vibrant hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the server station
• Interact with customers, taking drink orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
• Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels and notifying management of low supplies.
• Taking food orders for guests
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling procedures.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.

Skills

• Proven experience in bartending is a plus for cross training and serving or similar roles within the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and point-of-sale systems, such as Aloha POS.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours.
• Experience working in nightclubs or high-energy environments is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to engage customers effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining individual responsibility for tasks.
