Auto Body Painter

Prestige Auto Body Center is looking for an experienced Auto Body Painter to join our growing team in Westport, MA.

Responsibilities

• Assess and prep damaged areas for paint
• Perform vehicle prep including sanding, taping, priming, and blocking
• Mix and test automotive paint colors
• Paint vehicle parts, panels, and complete bodies
• Identify and correct paint defects (blisters, streaks, imperfections)
• Perform related tasks such as chip repair, scratch repair, denibbing, wet sanding, and buffing as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Requirements

• 4+ years of auto body painting experience strongly preferred
• Experience with paint systems
• Strong color-matching and spray-line skills
• Detail-oriented with a solid work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to read and follow instructions
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
