Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Remote Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing expert support and implementation of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud solutions, integrating technical and functional expertise to optimize HR processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and enterprise application management, ensuring seamless deployment and maintenance of Oracle HCM systems in a remote setting.

Duties

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules, including core HR, payroll, talent management, and benefits administration.
• Develop and maintain integrations using APIs, REST/SOAP services, and other middleware tools to connect Oracle HCM with third-party systems.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure optimal system performance.
• Support SDLC processes by participating in design reviews, code reviews, and documentation updates following Agile methodologies.
• Monitor system health and perform regular updates or patches to maintain security and functionality across cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
• Provide technical guidance on operating systems (Windows, Linux) and database management (SQL, Oracle) for deployment and maintenance activities.
• Assist in DevOps practices by automating deployment pipelines and managing infrastructure as code using tools compatible with cloud environments.
• Conduct user training sessions and create detailed documentation for end-users and administrators.

Experience

• Proven experience working as a Techno-Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations or support roles.
• Strong background in IT infrastructure including operating systems (Windows, Linux), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and enterprise application integration.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Java and Python for customization or automation tasks.
• Familiarity with SDLC processes within Agile frameworks, emphasizing continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Proficiency in SQL database management and API development for system integrations.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices related to cloud deployment pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Prior exposure to computer management systems, operating system administration, and enterprise software configuration is highly desirable.
