Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is vital in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office. The ideal candidate will possess strong office management skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with various office software. Experience in medical or dental reception are a plus.

Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing a positive first impression
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendar bookings using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
  • Handle data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks or other office management software
  • Assist with billing and basic administrative tasks such as proofreading and document preparation
  • Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Perform clerical duties including typing, faxing, scanning, and managing correspondence
  • Provide support with office management tasks to ensure efficient daily operations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or as a receptionist; medical or dental receptionist experience is a plus
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks and data entry processes
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently and professionally
  • Strong attention to detail with proofreading and filing capabilities
  • Experience with calendar management and personal assistant duties is advantageous
  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and time management skills

Pay: $ $19.00 per hour
