The ideal candidate will evaluate mostly adult patients with acute and chronic conditions, develop manual therapy based treatment plans, and carry-out comprehensive treatment plans, for patients with wide-ranging orthopedic and neurological diagnoses across all areas of the body. Therapists here are very collaborative, and meet regularly to share treatment ideas and think through patients who have plateaued in progress, or have unique presentations. Therapists attend occasional in-services covering new research, treatments, and diagnoses, continually growing in expertise.

Duties

• Assess patients' posture, range of motion, strength, soft tissue integrity, medical history, special tests per condition and functional ability
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans specifically addressing objective findings and patient goals
• Administer therapeutic interventions using manual therapy techniques, MFR, trigger point therapy, therapeutic exercises
• Adjust plan and patients progress or plateau, working toward maximum benefit or resolution of pain/functional limitations
• Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and self-care
• Document treatment sessions via EMR software
