A boutique Personal Injury and Civil Litigation law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1–4 years of litigation experience to join our team. This position offers hands-on litigation work, deposition and trial experience, and direct involvement in all phases of personal injury cases.

Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings and motions in personal injury and civil litigation cases
- Prepare and respond to discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission
- Conduct legal research and write briefs, memoranda, and motion practice materials
- Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
- Appear at court hearings, mediations, pre-trial conferences, and trials
- Assist with case management, trial preparation, and litigation strategy
- Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience as a litigation attorney or associate attorney
- Experience in personal injury law, civil litigation, or related practice areas preferred
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage deadlines, discovery obligations, and multiple cases
- Licensed to practice law in Kentucky (or eligible for admission)

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $65,000–$85,000, commensurate with experience
