This individual will be responsible for managing a team of forensic consultants and ensuring that they deliver high-quality services to clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in forensic and litigation services.
Essential Functions:
- Facilitate the efficient flow of deliverables from assignment to partner review
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Provide guidance and support to consultants on projects
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Identify opportunities for new business and work with the team to develop proposals
- Monitor and report on project progress to senior management
- Ensure that consultants adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field
- CPA required
- CFE preferred
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, project management, or a related field
- Experience managing a team of consultants
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
