Job Overview:

Sushi Saint is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager

• Current Restaurant Assistant Manager in a full-service environment or an experienced lead server / bartender seeking the next step in their career.
• Fluent with Microsoft.
• Fosters mentorship mentality to lead front-of-house daily operations.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment.
• Passionate about hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Assist to manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service.
• Lead, train, and motivate the FOH team to uphold company standards.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate priorities, guest notes, and daily goals.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns, and implement service improvements.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment at all times.
• Analyze guest feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of restaurant management experience in full service environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine, hand rolls, and sake is preferred but not required.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in POS systems and advanced computer skills.
