Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumbing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing systems, equipment repair, and property maintenance. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures.
• Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues.
• Install new plumbing systems and fixtures according to design specifications.
• Collaborate with HVAC/R technicians to ensure integrated system performance.
• Read and interpret schematics to understand plumbing layouts and designs.
• Conduct field service visits to assess customer needs and provide solutions.
• Utilize welding skills for repairs or installations as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Skills

• Proficient in equipment repair with a focus on plumbing tools and machinery.
• Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
• Strong understanding of property maintenance principles related to plumbing.
• Ability to weld for pipe repairs or installations as required.
• Experience with HVAC systems is beneficial for integrated service delivery.
• Capability to design plumbing layouts based on schematics provided.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
