Job Title: Senior Manager, Data Analytics
- Lead the analytics department strategy through translating complex data into actionable insights that can be used to inform decisionmaking and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Build, mentor, and scale a highperforming data analytics team, fostering a culture of data literacy, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with key department leaders across operations, quality, and training to develop reporting that support strategic priorities.
- Design and govern scalable data models, dashboards, and KPIs to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely reporting across the department.
- Implement executivelevel reporting insights on trends, opportunities, and risk, while supporting department analysis for strategic planning.
- Develop automated selfservice reporting, reducing manual analysis and accelerating insight delivery to operations.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
- Experience with Planning, Reporting, BI, and visualization systems; Planful/Host Analytics and PowerBI preferred.
- Advanced Excel modeling skills.
- Strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization.
- High level of initiative and ability to formulate business issues into analytical problems and devise actionable solutions.
- Comfortable working with large volumes of data.
- Excellent analytical skills.
