ABA Therapist / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Part-Time

Center-Based Program – Fair Lawn, NJ / After-School & Daytime Shifts Available

Pay: $20–$30/hour (W-2)

The Berger Learning Group (BLG) is expanding and seeking energetic, compassionate ABA Therapists / RBTs to join our collaborative clinical team.

Current Open Shifts

Daytime:

• Wed & Thurs: 9:00am–12:00pm
• Friday: 9:00am–3:00pm

After-School:

• Monday–Friday: 3:30/4:00pm–5:30/6:00pm

Responsibilities

• Implement BCBA-designed treatment plans
• Collect and record session data
• Complete detailed session notes
• Prepare instructional materials
• Maintain reliable attendance and professionalism
• Participate in team meetings and trainings

Who We're Looking For

• Passionate about working with children with autism
• Energetic, reliable, and team-oriented
• At least one year of hands-on ABA experience required
• Comfortable working with challenging behaviors in a structured clinical setting
• Able to follow treatment plans independently while receiving ongoing supervision
• Students or graduates in psychology, education, ABA, or related fields welcome if experience requirement is met.

Physical requirements: ability to lift up to 50 lbs; sit on the floor, stand, kneel as needed.
