About the Practice

We are a small but growing online therapy practice serving individuals, couples, and families across California. Our focus is on thoughtful, high-quality clinical care delivered in a supportive, well-organized environment that allows clinicians to focus on meaningful work rather than administrative burden.

We are intentionally building a collaborative, values-driven practice with clear systems, clinical support, and room to grow. Our goal is to create a long-term professional home for clinicians who value flexibility, autonomy, and community.

The Role

We are seeking fully licensed therapists who are clinically grounded, motivated, and interested in growing with an expanding practice. This role is ideal for clinicians who want a fully remote, highly flexible schedule while still being part of a supportive clinical community.

Referrals are introduced gradually as the practice grows, with the goal of helping you build a consistent and sustainable caseload over time.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couple, and or family therapy via secure telehealth
• Maintain timely, accurate, and clinically appropriate documentation within our EHR
• Communicate as needed with the Clinical Director regarding client care
• Build and maintain a consistent caseload as referrals increase
• Maintain a minimum of 10 weekly client sessions once caseload is established
• Uphold all ethical, legal, and professional standards required by your license

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Reliable internet connection and private, confidential workspace
• Experience with couples or family therapy is a plus, but not required

Compensation and Employment Structure

• $70 per completed 50-minute client session
• W-2 employee position, paid biweekly
• 100 percent remote with total schedule flexibility
• Referrals provided gradually as the practice grows
• EHR, billing, and administrative support included

Compensation is per session. Traditional benefits are not currently offered. Clinicians value the flexibility, supportive environment, and opportunity to grow with a developing practice.
