Server/Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our speakeasy team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a lively environment. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring that our bar area is clean and well-maintained. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to return.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations and upselling menu items to enhance their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
• Handle cash and process transactions efficiently using the POS system.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist in managing inventory by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or culinary roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with nightclub/lounge environments is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• A passion for mixology and willingness to learn new techniques is essential.

• Must be available Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 4pm to 11pm
