Premier Roofing Company is looking for a Central Operations Agent who's driven, organized, and ready to be the backbone of our residential restoration projects. This role is ideal for someone who brings passion, accountability, and a "whatever it takes" mindset to the table every single day.
What You'll Be Doing
- Reviewing sales paperwork and system-generated orders to ensure everything is complete and accurate
- Coordinating material orders and delivery timelines with customers and internal teams
- Securing necessary permits for residential construction projects
- Scheduling inspections and construction work with precision and professionalism
- Liaising with subcontractors and third-party labor crews to ensure timely execution
- Managing inbound calls from customers post-sale and providing first-class service
- Jumping in to support other ops functions as needed—teamwork is everything here
