Job Overview

We're hiring a Skilled HVAC Installation Technician to install residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. This role focuses on quality installations, code compliance, and delivering reliable comfort solutions.

What You'll Do

• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment

• Set equipment, run ductwork and refrigerant lines, and complete system start-ups

• Read and follow installation plans, specs, and manufacturer guidelines

• Ensure work meets local codes, safety standards, and quality expectations

• Communicate with team members and customers regarding installation progress

Requirements

• Proven experience installing residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems

• Strong understanding of HVAC tools, equipment, and installation best practices

• Ability to work independently and as part of an installation team

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Professional, customer-facing communication skills
