Job Summary
We are seeking a detail‑driven
Lighting Project Assistant
to support our lighting team with coordination, quoting, tracking, documentation, and administrative project support. This
in‑office role
is perfect for someone who is organized, analytical, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
You will work closely with project managers, sales teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of lighting orders, schedules, and deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Review lighting specifications, fixture schedules, drawings, inventory, and purchase orders
- Prepare accurate quotes and submittals using our Infor ERP system
- Track orders, material status, timelines, change orders, and delivery updates
- Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and stakeholders to place orders, confirm requirements, and expedite shipments
- Monitor shipments to job sites and warehouses and update internal teams
- Assist with billing and invoicing, including AIA forms (G702/G703) and
