Position Overview:
As our Executive Housekeeper, you'll oversee all housekeeping operations, manage staff, and ensure our hotel shines from top to bottom. You'll plan daily assignments, train new employees, conduct inspections, manage supplies, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise housekeeping staff and manage commercial laundry services to meet budget, quality, and schedule goals.
Inspect rooms, common areas, and storage spaces to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance.
Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping employees, promoting safe work practices and efficiency.
Manage inventory, requisition supplies, and recommend budgetary needs to the General Manager.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate services and promptly respond to guest requests.
Perform deep cleaning and special projects as needed, maintaining brand standards.
Complete all brand-specific training within required timelines.
Uphold guest satisfaction, confidentiality, and company standards at all times.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
You will manage all housekeeping employees, including hiring, performance evaluations, and ongoing staff development.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Office environment with standard equipment (computers, phones, copiers)
Frequent interaction with guests and staff
Occasional exposure to cleaning chemicals and potential medical hazards
Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and work in confined spaces
Must have adequate vision, hearing, and dexterity for job tasks
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience
Strong background in customer service
Work Authorization:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
