The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities related to the fulfillment and warehouse operations. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, order preparation, order collation and packaging, shipping and receiving, shipment processing and manifesting, and material handling maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of all orders
• Verify inbound and outbound shipments for quantity, condition, and documentation accuracy
• Ensure proper use of warehouse systems (WMS, ERP, inventory tracking, scanning, etc.)
• Enforce SOPs, safety standards, and compliance requirements (OSHA, DOT, company policies)
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, damages, shortages, and mis-shipments
• Maintain organized staging, storage, and dock areas
• Prepare and review reports (inventory accuracy, shipping metrics, receiving logs, backorders, returns)
• Support audits, cycle counts, and physical inventory processes
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, speed, and cost efficiency
• Ensure proper maintenance, inspection, and operational readiness of material handling equipment, including forklifts and reach trucks, in accordance with safety and preventive maintenance schedules

Job Qualifications

• Prior experience building processes and procedures with a strong understanding of inventory, supply chain, and logistics concepts is strongly preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement best-in-class solutions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
