Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen management, catering, food production, fine dining, and team management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute operational plans and strategies to achieve sales goals, maximize profits, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Hire, train, and manage staff, ensuring that they provide outstanding service to customers and maintain a clean and organized restaurant.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the restaurant, increase customer engagement, and drive sales.
  • Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies and ingredients as needed, while minimizing waste.
  • Ensure that food is prepared to high-quality standards, following all health and safety guidelines.
  • Manage budgets, track expenses, and analyze financial reports to identify opportunities to improve profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other business partners.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety guidelines and labor laws.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager, preferably in a fast-paced quick-service environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
  • Flexible schedule and availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Willing to consider a student or recent graduate from a Business Management or Hospitality Management or related program for this role
