Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Greenwood, SC. The Assistant Manager will support daily operations, drive team performance, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing schedules, overseeing inventory, and maintaining the store's visual presentation. The role also involves supporting sales goals, training team members, and promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to coach, motivate, and guide team members
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Customer service and sales experience to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets
• Organizational and time management skills to handle scheduling, inventory, and other operational tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing priorities
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in business or retail management are a plus
• Prior experience in a supervisory or management role is highly beneficial
