We are seeking a seasoned
Business Process Consultant
to lead enhancements in
Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
, focusing on
Commercial Brand Review (CBR)
and
Demand Review (DR)
steps. The role will drive alignment with standard
S&OP/IBP processes
, optimize forecast accuracy, and integrate commercial, supply, and financial planning.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build IBP capabilities and enable process alignment.
• Lead workshops, manage project timelines, and prepare executive-level presentations.
• Implement standardized
  IBP
  processes, including governance routines and improvement initiatives.
• Define escalation thresholds and enhance the use of risks and opportunities within IBP.
• Support integration between
  demand planning
  ,
  supply planning
  , and
  financial forecasting
  .
• Drive forecast accuracy improvements using
  data analytics
  ,
  scenario planning
  , and
  range-based forecasting
  .
• Optimize CBR process to capture accurate inputs aligned with DR, enabling better integration of commercial insights.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in
  business consulting
  ,
  sales forecasting
  ,
  demand planning
  , or
  S&OP/IBP process improvement
  .
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across commercial, marketing, and finance functions.
• Strong understanding of
  demand forecasting principles
  ,
  IBP
  , and
  S&OP frameworks
  .
• Expertise in integrating
  commercial
  and
  sales processes
  within IBP.
• Excellent executive-level communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in
  change management
  and
  capability building
  across teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience integrating planning across multiple business units or product categories.
• Familiarity with
  scenario planning
