Project Superintendent

Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time Project Superintendent role at Tradewinds General Contracting, Inc. in Boise, ID, involves overseeing all on-site aspects of custom home construction projects. Responsibilities include supervising craftsmen, ensuring quality control, maintaining construction safety standards, and managing project budgets. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage client relationships, subcontractors, and coordinate project activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the on-site construction project.
• Ensure quality workmanship and adhere to project schedules.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Supervise subcontractors and suppliers.
• Motivate and lead the construction team to achieve project goals.
• Manage client experience during construction.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills, Residential Construction, and Quality Control
• Construction Safety and Budgeting expertise
• Proven experience in project management and on-site supervision
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans and specs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Relevant certifications or training in construction management

• Understanding of EOS and Traction
