Room Attendant/Housekeeping

We do things a little differently here. We don't believe in micro managing and have digitized a large portion of our operation for housekeeping. You come in at 9am and on a typical day you are done around 4-5pm.

TYPICAL DAY as a Room Attendant:

• 12 to 14 rooms per day. 30 Minutes or less per room, with 3 minutes in-between rooms.
• Wipe all surfaces, dust, and vacuum each guest room adhering to our brand standards.
• Change linens: make beds and restock all guest room supplies.
• Clean bathrooms: remove trash and sanitize fixtures.
• Greet and assist guests that you encounter during your shift with a friendly smile.
• Support our maintenance team by reporting any broken, defective, or missing items.
• Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.
• Regularly bend, lift, push, pull, and carry items up to 25 pounds. Above and beyond the physical we are looking for a warm, people-oriented person with a team-first attitude that has a gift for paying attention to the smallest details.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, stoop and carry for prolonged periods of time as customary in a housekeeping role.
• Must be able to push up to 75 lbs., lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
