SalesForce Product Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SalesForce Product Manager to lead the development, implementation, and management of SalesForce ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will oversee product lifecycle activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure that the platform aligns with organizational goals. The Product Manager will drive innovation and continuous improvement in our SalesForce environment, supporting business growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of SalesForce products, including planning, development, deployment, and maintenance.

Collaborate with key stakeholders

Immediate responsibilities:

Understand the business
Understand the stakeholders
Do research on deliverables, identify good strong roadmaps, make recommendations for like "Focus on these 5 things in the next few years"

Experience

5-7 years of experience as a product manager in defining, designing, building, and delivering digital products and end-consumer experiences

3-5 years of experience in Salesforce Sales, Marketing, CRM, Experience, Service, Data, and App Cloud

Proficiency overseeing multiple products using agile methodologies

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

Pay: $135, $168,750.00 per year
