Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide high-quality patient care, diagnose and treat various medical conditions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive physical assessments of patients
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory and imaging studies
Perform procedures including IV insertion, catheterization, venipuncture, and IV infusion
Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
Prescribe medications and monitor patient response to treatment
Educate patients and their families on disease management and preventive care
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care
Document patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner using electronic medical record systems (e.g., Epic, eClinicalWorks)
Adhere to professional standards, ethical guidelines, and legal requirements
Skills:
Excellent clinical assessment skills
Proficiency in performing procedures such as IV insertion, catheterization, venipuncture, and IV infusion
Knowledge of Urology (preferred)
Strong understanding of medical standards and best practices
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
Valid Nurse Practitioner license in (GA)
Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the respective specialty area
Minimum (1-5) years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (preferred)

Pay: $95, $105,000.00 per year
