What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to BTs and RBTs, ensuring high-quality implementation of ABA therapy.
• Collaborate with families to provide caregiver guidance and support, helping them become active partners in their child's progress.
• Work closely with Clinical Directors and fellow BCBAs to continuously enhance patient outcomes and drive clinical excellence.

What We're Looking For

• Current BCBA certification and Licensed Behavior Analyst (where applicable)
• Experience working with children or adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Passion for behavioral science and commitment to evidence-based ABA practices
• Strong communication skills and the ability to empower caregivers and team members
