Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and providing exceptional customer service in a café setting. ## Duties - Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following recipes with precision - Provide excellent customer service, engaging with patrons in a friendly and professional manner - Operate espresso machines and other equipment efficiently - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently ## Skills - Experience in food service, particularly in a café or coffee shop environment - Knowledge of coffee types, flavors, and preparation methods - Strong math skills for handling transactions and measuring ingredients - Excellent time management to handle multiple orders simultaneously - Sales skills to promote special items or upsell products - Familiarity with retail math for pricing and inventory purposes - Exceptional customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction - Proficiency in food handling and preparation techniques

ALL TIPS ARE YOURS, NO NEED TO SHARE TIPS. Hourly range is usually $23-$26 when hourly pay and tips are combined.
