Outside Sales Representative

Hose & Rubber Supply is a regional company in the Rocky Mountain West with six store locations over five states. We strive to identify and satisfy our customers' needs with our extensive hose and fitting knowledge, large hydraulic and industrial hose and fittings inventory, and hydraulic CNC tube bender. We pride ourselves on problem solving for our wide variety of customers, whether in the oilfield, construction, medical, manufacturing, military, or government.

As an Outside Sales Rep, you would be responsible for developing business in hydraulic and industrial hose and fittings and accessories for our store in Williston, ND. You would understand current customers' needs by consistent on-site visits, ensure customers are satisfied with the service and inventory provided by Hose & Rubber Supply, and reach new customers while making sure to meet gross margin targets and to meet or exceed monthly and yearly gross margin goals.

This is a full-time position with benefits.

The Outside Sales Representative duties include, but are not limited to:

• Establish relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Establish and execute a plan ensuring a minimum average of 11 visits per day.
• Provide market intelligence to Hose & Rubber Supply.
• Generate profitable gross margin in your territory.

• Basic knowledge of finance and business
• Valid driver license with a good driving record

Level of Education and Work Experience Preferred:

• Prior industrial sales experience
• Knowledgeable concerning the hose industry and products

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation: $60,000 to $125,000+ per year (base salary of $60,000 to $70,000 + monthly commission program + quarterly profit sharing program)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday with rotating Saturdays
