Position Overview

Join a respected nonprofit community health agency (50+ years serving San Jose) as Clinical Supervisor for our Behavioral Health Program. Oversee psychological and neuropsychological assessment batteries, provide clinical supervision to licensed staff and doctoral interns, and deliver direct client services in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Requirements

Education & Licensure:
✓ Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology required

✓ Licensed Psychologist (California Board of Psychology - active)

✓ 2+ years post-licensure experience

Clinical Expertise:
✓ 2+ years psychological testing (neuropsychological assessment & report writing)

✓ Clinical supervision experience (assessments, testing, trainees)

✓ Epic EMR experience preferred

✓ Bilingual skills valued (additional compensation available)

Key Responsibilities

Supervision & Training:

• Provide clinical supervision to licensed staff and doctoral interns/trainees
• Oversee assessment processes and review clinical documentation
• Conduct live supervision and performance feedback
• Facilitate clinical didactic training sessions
• Identify assessment-specific development needs

Clinical Services:

• Conduct psychological and neuropsychological assessments
• Develop culturally relevant assessment batteries and treatment plans
• Provide individual/group/family counseling (minimum 1-client caseload)
• Deliver culturally sensitive, client-centered care

Case Management:

• Facilitate community resource referrals
• Provide case management services
• Support educational needs of trainees and staff
