Reports To: E-Banking Manager
GENERAL SUMMARY
Under limited supervision and guidance of the Manager, the E-Banking Specialist position will be responsible for learning job functions in the electronic banking department – wires, debit card production/disputes, ACH, OLB, Mobile Banking, Cash Management, Proof, Zelle, and doc scanning. The individual must display competent skills needed for an office environment comprised of various computer software and portray a strong mathematical aptitude; Self-motivation, time-management skills, and attention to details are all expected competencies of this position. Work is highly confidential in nature.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Consistently deliver phenomenal customer service through aggressive friendliness accompanied by honest, positive and confident behaviors (in-house and on the phone)
- Provide timely and accurate service to both internal and external customers
- Process debit card applications daily duties
- Process debit card disputes daily duties
- Process ACH daily duties
- Process OLB/Cash Management/Mobile Banking/Zelle daily duties
- Process Proof and Data Entry functions
- Process Wire daily duties
- Scan documents received on customer accounts pertaining to the E Services applications
- Perform any other related duties as may be required or assigned

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or GED required
- 6 months customer service experience required
- 1 year related office experience showcasing computer skills and use of other common office equipment preferred (e.g. data processing, clerical/admin, equipment operator, etc.)
- Banking experience preferred
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Employee must be able to
