Kitchen Staff

Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and dedicated Kitchen Staff to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to food safety and customer satisfaction. Duties

• Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards
• Assist with food presentation and plating to ensure visual appeal
• Support kitchen operations by bussing tables and clearing dishes during service
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards
• Handle food safely, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures
• Assist with banquet or event catering as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow
• Support customer service efforts by providing friendly and efficient assistance to guests
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
• Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety is advantageous
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays if required
• A positive attitude with a focus on hospitality and customer service excellence
• Basic understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices
