Overview
We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to own client relationship, account health, delivery oversight, approvals, and reporting. This role operates at a high, strategic level, ensuring execution is timely, aligned, approved by the client, and meeting contractual expectations — without being involved in day-to-day content creation.
The Brand Manager is the single point of accountability between the client and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Account Oversight & Management
• Oversee assigned accounts from a high-level brand and business perspective
• Ensure all content is posted accurately, on time, and as per approvals
• Maintain overall account hygiene, consistency, and quality
• Ensure deliverables align with contract scope and timelines
• Identify risks early and flag issues proactively
Client Communication, Approvals & Relationship Building
• Act as the primary point of contact for all assigned clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Manage expectations, timelines, and priorities
• Send all assets (posts, reels, stories, creatives) to clients for approval
• Track feedback, revisions, and final sign-offs
• Ensure approvals are obtained before posting
• Translate client feedback into clear, actionable direction for internal teams
Shoot Coordination & Internal Alignment
• Book and coordinate shoots (logistics, timelines, deliverables)
• Ensure seamless collaboration between: Social Media Managers, Script Writer, Creative & Video teams
• Ensure briefs, concepts, and scripts are approved before production
Review & Quality Control
• Review strategies and content with the Social Media Manager
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and objectives
• Provide structured feedback when required
• Escalate performance or delivery concerns early
Reporting & Performance Oversight
• Own all organic reporting for assigned accounts
• Review performance reports provided by internal teams
• Analyze account health from a brand and business perspective
Highlight

• Prepare and send monthly organic performance reports, clearly communicating:What worked, What didn't, What will be done next month to improve results

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Proactively recommend additional services based on client needs
• Support renewals and contract extensions
• Ensure high client satisfaction and retention

Pay: CA$20 - $25 per hour
