IT Coordinator - FFUN Group
6 Months Fixed-Term Full-Time
The IT Coordinator plays a key role in delivering timely, client‑centered IT support across FFUN Group. Reporting to the Senior IT Manager, this role supports team members with their technology needs while partnering closely with business units to keep operations running smoothly.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail‑oriented, emotionally intelligent, and motivated to grow their career in IT. This role is a 6‑month fixed‑term position, which will serve as a trial period to assess suitability for a potential permanent full‑time role, based on performance and overall fit within the team.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide responsive, professional IT support to FFUN Group team members
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes from an IT perspective
- Collaborate with IT team members on daily support operations
- Manage and respond to support tickets across the organization using remote support tools
- Facilitate user requests for hardware, software, phone systems, and system access
- Conduct dealership visits to resolve issues requiring on‑site technical assistance
- Perform PC maintenance and hardware support, including provisioning new and spare systems
- Partner with business units to understand and support their technology needs
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT equipment and software
- Ensure IT policies, procedures, and documentation remain current and well‑organized
- Keep office and server room environments clean and orderly
- Assist with additional IT projects and tasks as assigned
What we're looking for:
- Ideally 2–3 years of experience in IT support or IT desk Support.
- Relevant education such as a diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent training in information technology or a related field.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization
- High emotional intelligence with a people-first mindset
- Genuine interest in technology and problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Patience and professionalism when supporting users
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
