Residential Housekeeper

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Caretaker to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall condition of 3 different houses: Maple Ridge, Vancouver & Surrey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and custodial tasks to ensure a welcoming and well-maintained environment. This role requires excellent time management, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle physical tasks efficiently. Prior experience with custodial work, facilities maintenance, or cleaning is preferred.

Duties

• Perform detailed residential cleaning, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
• Laundry, folding, and light household organization
• Follow household-specific cleaning instructions and schedules
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, discretion, and professionalism
• Coordinating handymen and landscapers
• Buying/ restocking groceries and household supplies
• Possibility of overtime.
• Travel between 3 locations & Grocery stores: Surrey, Maple Ridge & Vancouver

Requirements

• Proven experience as a residential housekeeper
• Comfortable working in homes with animals
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license (travel between locations required)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently
• Proficient in English
