Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated *Part-Time Pediatric Occupational Therapist* to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys working with children, partnering closely with families, and using a thoughtful, individualized approach to therapy. The successful candidate will provide skilled occupational therapy services while contributing positively to a supportive, collaborative clinic culture.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide individualized occupational therapy services addressing:
* Sensory processing and regulation
* Neurodevelopmental and motor coordination skills
* Feeding challenges
* Visual-motor and visual-perceptual skills
* Handwriting and fine motor development
* Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop goal-oriented treatment plans
* Implement engaging, play-based, and developmentally appropriate therapy sessions
* Educate and collaborate with parents/caregivers, providing home programs and strategies
* Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with clinic, state, and insurance requirements
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members as needed
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinic growth and quality of care
Qualifications & Requirements
* Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
* Current Washington State Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
* NBCOT certification
* Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates with strong pediatric fieldwork are encouraged to apply
* Knowledge of sensory integration principles, child development, and functional skill development
* CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
* Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-based environment

Pay: $49.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
