Summary
The dynamic Business Analyst & Project Lead would support strategic initiatives through data analysis, requirements gathering, process improvement, and project execution. This hybrid role is ideal for a professional who thrives at the intersection of analysis and implementation—combining the ability to uncover business needs with the discipline to drive solutions forward in a structured, collaborative manner.

Job Accountabilities
BUSINESS ANALYSIS

  • Lead the gathering, documentation, & analysis of business requirements from stakeholders
  • Identify & propose improvements to processes/workflow
  • Develop business cases, process maps, & documentation to support change initiatives
  • Document requirements, define scope, objectives & formulate systems to parallel business strategies
  • Analyze operational data to provide insights that support decision-making & strategic planning
  • Support data-driven decision-making through analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs)

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Assist in project planning, prioritization & resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and communication protocols
  • Track project milestones, manage risks, & ensure that deliverables are met on time & within scope
  • Support change management & ensure smooth transitions for users adopting new systems/processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, operations, project management or related fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools, Excel, Microsoft Project
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Lean Six Sigma) strongly preferred

The base salary range for this position is $68,000.00 – $92,000.00 The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
