Job Description
We are looking for someone with a positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic to join our team as a Part-Time Office Assistant and support our day-to-day construction company office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, self-motivated, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
The Office Assistant will provide support with clerical tasks, data entry, communication, and general office organization.
This position is 10–25 hours per week, scheduled at agreed-upon times between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain organized digital and paper records
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and spreadsheets
- Support management with miscellaneous administrative duties
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Excel preferred
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting software is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Pay: $ $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 25.0 per week
