About the Role
We are urgently seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Caregiver to provide dedicated one-on-one home care in Germantown, MD. This is a daytime position with a consistent weekly schedule, ideal for someone who is experienced, caring, and looking for steady hours during the week.

Schedule

• Morning Shift: Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM and Friday: 9:00AM - 12:30 PM
• Afternoon /Evening Shift: Monday to Thursday 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM and Friday: 4:00 PM - 9:30 PM
• Total Hours: Approximately 36–45 hours per week
• Preference: Candidates of Indian or Hispanic background may be preferred (per client request)

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and companionship in a home setting
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, etc.)
• Support client safety, comfort, and dignity
• Perform light housekeeping tasks related to client care
• Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders as needed
• Observe and promptly report any changes in client condition

Requirements

• Valid CNA certification or relevant caregiving experience or HHA License
• Experience with dementia or senior care (preferred)
• Female applicants only (per client request)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (preferred)
• Reliable transportation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work the full schedule as outlined
