Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various cleaning environments, including commercial, residential, and industrial settings. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and waxing to maintain high-quality flooring standards.
• Conduct janitorial duties including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to promote a clean environment.
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure the upkeep of the building.
• Handle waste disposal and recycling efforts according to company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning assignments efficiently and effectively.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in cleaning roles such as janitorial or custodial work is preferred.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is highly desirable.
• Experience in commercial cleaning or industrial cleaning environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of residential painting or porter experience can be beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 12 per week
