Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify signs of pests such as insects, rodents, or other unwanted creatures.
• Apply appropriate pest control treatments using sprays, baits, traps, or other methods tailored to each situation.
• Develop customized pest management plans that include prevention strategies and ongoing monitoring.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery safely and efficiently to implement treatments or maintain equipment.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments administered, and follow-up actions for each client or site.
• Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and environmentally friendly practices to minimize future issues.
• Drive company vehicles safely between job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Prior experience or knowledge in pest control is highly preferred; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Familiarity with lawn care, landscaping, farming, or agriculture practices is a plus.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment safely and effectively.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving company vehicles over various terrains.
• Strong physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during outdoor work.
• Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly and professionally to clients.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to pest management and environmental safety practices.
