Your Role

As a Nursing Supervisor, you'll oversee care in the field, support clinical staff, and ensure that our patients receive the highest standard of care.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise and support field nurses on shift cases.
• Conduct monthly on-site visits and clinical assessments.
• Ensure documentation is complete and compliant.
• Collaborate with the QA Manager to uphold care standards.
• Provide training to new nurses and ongoing education.
• Occasionally assist with shift coverage or patient rounds.
• Availability for visits during overnight or early morning hours.

What You Bring

• Active RN license in New Jersey
• Pediatric nursing experience (NICU/PICU or home care experience preferred)
• Proficiency with EMR CubHub program
• Strong leadership, organizational, and clinical skills
• Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused mindset
