Home Improvement Technician/Handyman

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Home Improvement Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance and repair tasks, demonstrating expertise in various home improvement services. This role requires a proactive individual who can tackle a variety of jobs, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

**Must have your own reliable vehicle (Truck or van/SUV) and personal tools. Ability to pull a trailer greatly helps**

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks around residential or commercial properties including drywall repair and installation, painting, basic plumbing and electrical, furniture assembly, carpentry, troubleshooting and diagnostic checks, and various other handyman level tasks.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail, good problem solving skills, good communication between customers and fellow technicians, proficient with hand tools and power tools, and good time management skills.
