Pay Range: $13-$15/hour plus tips
Schedule: Morning and early afternoon shift, part-time

Position: Café Team Member

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and serve coffees, smoothies, bowls, and other menu items with precision and flair
• Follow Cōpow Café recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality
• Keep prep areas clean, stocked, and organized throughout your shift
• Engage warmly with guests and help them navigate our colorful, nutrient-dense menu
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a fun, fast-paced, and positive work environment
• Handle food safely and uphold cleanliness according to health department standard

What We're Looking For:

• Barista, juice/smoothie, food prep experience required
• High energy, a positive attitude, and love for wellness-oriented food
• Ability to move quickly while maintaining accuracy and cleanliness
• Reliable, team-oriented, and excited to grow with a brand rooted in purpose
• Comfortable working early shifts and weekends as needed
