Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

Key Responsibilities: 

• Plan and lead engaging therapeutic activities tailored to residents with memory impairments.
• Support residents in participating in group and one-on-one activities.
• Collaborate with the Memory Care team to ensure activities align with care plans.
• Foster a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Activities programming, preferably in a Memory Care or senior living setting.
• Extensive training in Alzheimer's disease or related cognitive disorders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to serve older adults
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication.
